  3. BRO I gotta let you know about this! my favourite smoothy ever was avocado/oreos and milk. I made your oreos the other day and decided to make this smoothie out of it. And I gotta tell you you have to try it! Its one avocado, 300ml of milk of choice ( add or remove if you want it thicker or thinner) I added a scoop of vanilla whey and two oreos. it tasted like magic

  5. Have you tried this with protein puffs/soya crispies? Please try soya crispies in some recipes. There's more protein than a shake I each serving

  6. You removed 75 calories by using margerine instead of butter, but at what cost? I'd rather take the extra 75 per tablespoon of butter than snack on seed oils regularly.

  7. I know its meant for weight loss but you could make this with grass fed butter and just deal with the extra 65 calories it would be way better for you.

  8. Really enjoying your recommendations the pizza recipe you have is awesome. All I ask is please calling imperial butter. Lol ,yes, it's margarine, it's made of oil. But, it is lower calorie than butter ,so I get the hack. Keep bringing them on.

  9. im just gonna comment a bunch of ideas id be interested in and if you’ve made then my apologies
    protein bars / candy bars, milkshakes, cookies / cookie dough, donuts, brownies, cake, fudge, pudding
    flavor ideas – cake batter, nutella, coffee / mocha, white chocolate, snickerdoodle, caramel, mint chocolate chip, smores

  10. For the chocolate version, have you tried adding PB2 powder for a Reese Peanut butter vibe? Also more protein than all coco powder.

  11. In the long run, butter is better for your heart health. I rather have the extra calories/weight than to have a bad/weak heart.

  12. If you want to add fiber, sub some All Bran Buds for part of the rice cereal. Thanks for the recipe.
