Place the tip of the jug directly on the glass when pouring instead of it being slightly in the air, this increases stability, iβd also make sure to stir both milk jug and the espresso before pouring to get better texture, lastly it seems like youβre pouring too fast which is why youβre having a hard time shaping the leaves/hearts how you would like, slower pour = more control, good luck

the one thing you nailed is the frothing! good job OP
– the lift and cut: imagine a helicopter taking off, instead of a plane taking off, this helps with the cut accidentally becoming a βpushβ design that disturbs your leaves. – relax your shoulder and wrist, so the pitcher are well balanced during the pour; this helps with asymmetrical leaves. – for 2nd pic: start the pour just slightly off center instead of the deeper side of the cup.
hope it helps!

You are holding your jug askew, film it and youβll see

Sometimes the solution to this is just standing straight when you pour (it was for me haha)
