1) rice from the shop. It is under the ‘healthy options’ of the menu but doesn’t say how many cals. It has loads of veg, and a little bit of spice. Very filling and tasty.
2) a sandwich meal deal. Includes sandwich (340 cals), a packet of crisps/chips (300cals) and a drink (0cals).
For context, I am unable to make my own lunches as bring them in due to the hours I work and the location.

I’d say the rice, since 2 cups of rice is ~400
If you cut out the crisps then go for the sandwich, otherwise rice is best bet
Depends sandwhich will have protein and rice is just carbs I think the sandwhich would be more filling and general tastier
I’d say the rice solely because it’s probably a lot more filling than the sandwich. Even if it has over 500 calories, it being filling would mean you’ll be less likely to snack on other stuff ^ ^
Second
Calories aside, the sandwich will have more nutrition and way more protein. It’s more satiating so you won’t want to eat as quickly after as you would with a bowl of rice which is mostly just carbs.
