2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup unsalted cold butter, cubed
1/4 cup shortening
1/2 tsp salt
8-10 tbsp cold water (start with 8 add as needed)

𝓫𝓵𝓾𝓮𝓫𝓮𝓻𝓻𝔂 𝓯𝓲𝓵𝓵𝓲𝓷𝓰
4 cups fresh blueberries, rinsed and dried
1/2 cup granulated sugar
4 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon vest
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg (for egg wash & add 1 tbsp milk)
