Cooked this past Sunday. My wife isn't a huge fan of bone in wings, or smokey foods in general and yet, she devoured these bad boys. Seasoned with Holy Gospel. Crispy AF and fully rendered. I like mine well done and temping around 185-190⁰. The Ironwood XL is a monster and makes smoking and grilling too easy. Currently smoking a bone in pork shoulder with hickory pellets. More pics to come.

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!
If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!
*What seasoning did you use?
*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?
*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?
Traeger on!

Saved this, thanks. We like our wings the same way.
Was this 0-400? Shocking I know, but I haven’t tried that method yet. I have a different method I use. But those look good. What did you do?
