I never really liked sourdough growing up. I guess my mom had a different method. It always tasted very strong. My wife’s bread has a very smooth but rich flavor our kids love it too. I especially like the jalapeno bacon cheddar loaves. It goes really well with the thick and hearty chilli that I make.
