APPLE CRISP RECIPE (makes ~4 servings in a small baking dish):

Filling ingredients
-2 organic apples, peeled and cut into small cubes
-1 tbsp water
-1 tsp maple syrup
-1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice – https://amzn.to/3AuRcgL
-1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all together in a mixing bowl, set aside. Grease small baking dish with coconut oil. Pour filling into baking dish, then start making the crumble topping.

Crumble topping
-1/3 cup gluten-free rolled oats – https://amzn.to/3Uy63Ox

-1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
-2 tbsp hemp seeds – https://amzn.to/48tkhWG
-1/2 tsp cinnamon
-1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
-1/8 tsp salt
-1 tablespoon maple syrup
-1 tablespoon coconut oil
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste or extract

Mix all together in a mixing bowl until it’s sticking together. Pour evenly on top of the filling. Bake for ~35-45 min. Keep an eye on it, and add aluminum foil to the top if it’s starting to get too brown. The topping should be golden brown when done. Let cool and enjoy!
