Trained as a barista about 11 years ago, done that job for 3 years and since changed paths. Found this in my cupboard and wanted to give it a shot, and using my old technique of properly submerging the steam wand in the milk, it is still foaming up way too much, doubling in volume even though I’m not trying to stretch the milk cappuccino style. Any advice? Is it the type of nossle ? Can it be replaced ?
