I don't know if I'm going to be arrested by not using veal shanks and still calling it ossobuco alla milanese. I forgot to add the gremolata, which was a bummer. But a little bit of sour taste in the risotto and lemon anchovy spaghetti I had for primo was giving enough balance in taste.

    Aaaaahhhh bro that’s amazing! Italian food police will show up to your door but to give you citizenship.

    Risotto with ossobuco seems great and is a very difficult recepie to do (I know it very well bc I’m from Lombardia) you need to balance a lot of flavours

    Spaghetti also seems amazing (great plating too btw), I may suggest only to grate a bit of lemon peel once is finshed

    10/10 also for the non conventional recepies
