Koreans have some damn good food. I once went to an all-you-can-eat swordfish restaurant where they just served constant pieces of sashimi from all sorts of parts of many different swordfish, sailfish, and tuna, and the chef would point on his body to the part of the fish we were eating. Pieces included palate, fin, and even deep-fried bone. It was wild.
