In my final week of bodybuilding prep and these meals have been my favorite:

Sweet potato, peanut butter, 1 egg, egg whites.

Oats, 1 scoop of pescience protein (I like peanut butter cookie) and frozen blueberries

99/1 ground turkey, lots of romaine and mustard (sometimes I add rice or sweet potato) and guac
