Thought I'd add this here as my first food post! I've been vegan for over 6 years now ans love making new recipes. Freshly prepared sushi rice with homemade hot mustard sauce and sweet miso ginger sauce. Toppings include fried tofu, scallion, edamame, jalapeno, tofu skin, cucumber, onion, Napa cabbage, nori, and ginger. Had some tofu skin left over so I decided to make some Inari Sushi as well!

    Hi did you make the tofu components yourself? Ive been wanting to make tofu like that for so long. Also the inari but i cant find tofu like that unless i drive an hour away.
