I just had two of these for lunch. The cracker crust gets just soft enough from the sauce and hard enough for being in the airfryer (8 minutes or so), that the whole thing tears a bit like a normal pizza while staying crunchy.
Since my ingredients are mostly Dutch:
Just use any low fat cheese (20+ means it's between 20—30% fat cheese).
Find the lowest calorie pasta / pizza sauce. The spicy one I found happens to have quite a low number without specifically being a diet version.
I'm not sure if the cracker is uniquely Dutch (it does have Hollandia in the name), but it's definitely the star of the show. The size, thickness, sturdiness and mouthfeel are perfect. For 75 kcal a piece, considering the size in diameter, is pretty good. No shill, just that I never explored these things before because I was on keto forever in the past.

using a matze as base is actually smart, it could also be nice with light mozarella! (they also sell that at the ah)
mmmm looks like a bigger better lunchable pizza!
Oooh, finally a recipe I can copy. Thank you, Albert Heijn, for branching out to Belgium. I’m going to try you recipe next week!
