Made this soup today for meal prep. Took the picture before adding the kale. Had some broccoli slaw to use up so I riced that in the food processor and mixed in with the ground turkey and bread crumbs, plus seasoning. Did 1oz balls with my cookie scoop and roasted them just for color (they finished cooking in the soup).

Broth is just bouillon powder, bone broth powder, water, parsley and carrots. Salt/pepper/msg to taste. Added the frozen chopped kale and shirataki rice once it was done simmering.

Made 4 x 1L mason jars of soup (maybe like 800ml in each). Each had 6 meatballs. I might add some ground Parmesan or grana padano cheese when I go to eat it, not sure yet. Or maybe some nutritional yeast.
