250g – rice flour
1/2 tsp – baking soda
1/2 tsp – salt
100g – tahini
100g – cashew butter
2 tbsp – coconut oil
100g – maple syrup
50g – dried cranberries
40g – dark chocolate
Baking: 160C/320F for 12-15 min. Rotate the tray once for an even tan on those cookies
