    Please consider cooking them separately (or not cooking the tomatoes at all). You’re describing watery egg soup.

    One of the ways I grew to really enjoy all of the flavour that comes with fresh garden tomato’s this year is just chopping them up and giving them a nice sauté, then adding some butter and cooked pasta, and loads of minced garlic. Give it a nice toss and the tomatoes start to break up. Call me crazy, but I think I can hear the tomatoes singing 🥰
