Homie needs a hat or hairnet at the very least.

Cover that head. Unless hair was an ingredient in the bread.

The worst is when the hook/paddle/bowl isn’t on correctly, or the sizes are mismatched. Shit will break and fly off lol.

ALWAYS check the speed lever before hitting the go button. I too had to learn that the hard way.

I miss my Hobart from the old place. Funny enough, the place I work now bought it from the old place when they went under, but I don’t work baking side.

It’s just plain sloppy. No hat, dumping the flour instead of pouring and most likely started mid-high speed without liquid.

Sorry you are getting dragged over the coals for your pic. But I guess no one taught you in the first place, so live and learn and bake another day.

This js precisely the reason that the top line of every recipe I have that uses the large stand mixer is: “Before using the mixer, ensure that the speed is on the lowest setting.”

8 years and didn’t think to check the speed lever, also where’s your hat?

On and off, on and off, on and off until the flour gets incorporated

  10. Your dough looks sticky. You want it forming that nice bobble head that slaps around and doesn’t stick. Too sticky, drop some flour. Not coming together right, drop a drip of oil. You’re also not really practicing safe hygiene. Step it up.

Why aren’t you wearing a fucking hat or something

Careful, you almost got some flour in your bucket of french fries you have chillin back there on the sink.
