i tried my hardest and admittedly i need to get better at multitasking because now i have a whole kitchen to clean. i only did breakfast and dinner for the next 3 days since i skip lunch anyway. i either eat like utter garbage or dont eat enough so i decided this could be a good work around. if you have any advice for a beginner like myself please do let me know.

Looks good and congrats getting started!! My only advice is that the bananas might not last in the fridge very long, they’re best added the same day

    ingredients

    for breakfast:
toast (soft boiled egg, high protein ham, ketchup)
    yogurt, raspberries, grapefruit, banana

dinner: basmati rice, chicken breast, garlic & spinach sauce, sauted red and green peppers, onion, a little soy sauce and a teaspoon honey

  3. Nice work and congrats on getting started! Hope you feel some nice relief every day to know you have a yummy meal (or two!) waiting for you. Do you have a plan for how to store these? Will you be covering the plates and bowls with saran wrap? If you plan to continue prepping you will probably want to invest in some good glass storage dishes with lids (better than plastic because you can put the glass dish straight into the microwave). good luck!

Looks tasty! Good job! I’d be curious to know how those sandwiches hold up over the week.
