Grilled Shrimp and Avocado Salad with Mixed Greens

Ingredients:
– 4 oz shrimp, grilled
– 1/4 avocado, sliced
– 2 cups mixed greens
– 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
– Salt, pepper, garlic, paprika to taste

Dressing
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 1/8 tsp Salt
– 1/8 tsp garlic powder
– 1/8 tsp pepper
– 1/8 tsp Italian seasoning
– 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
– 1/2 tsp honey

Recipe:
1. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika. Grill shrimp until pink and fully cooked.
2. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, pepper and Italian seasoning Dijon mustard, and honey to make dressing. Blend or mix well.
3. Toss mixed greens, avocado, tomatoes, and shrimp with dressing.
