Pineapple Upside Down Cake is an Old School cake that has been around for many decades, and always a nice addition to any dessert table. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my friends and family do.

Pineapple Upside Down Cake
15.25 oz. Box Duncan Hines Pineapple Supreme Cake or Yellow Cake mix
20 oz. Can Pineapple Rings in 100% juice
1 C. Pineapple Juice from can
1/2 C. Vegetable Oil
3.4 oz. Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
4 Large Eggs room temperature
1/2 C. Salted Butter (1 stick)
1 C. Light Brown Sugar
Maraschino Cherries
Optional: Pecan Halves
Bake in a 13×9 pan @ 325 degrees 45-55 minutes or until cake does not jiggle in the middle, and toothpick tester comes out clean when tested in the middle of the cake. Place/cover foil loosely over cake at about 30 minutes, if need be, for over browning.
