Birthdays call for steaks, so I snagged these puppies and reverse seared them. In oven to 110F, rested, and then seared – one to 130F and the other to 140F to account for different preferences. Served with lightning kale and fondant potatoes. And a side of sauce that looks more like coffee…we don't talk about the coffee lookin sauce.
