Probably the best chocolate chunk cookies I’ve made. You’re going to want to double or triple the recipe if you plan on sharing these. These are soooooo good. Enjoy.

2 1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour (270g)
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
3/4 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Unsalted Butter (Room temperature)
3/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Large Egg
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
2 1/2 Cups Semi Sweet Chocolate (Chopped)
Pecans
Bake in Preheated Oven at 375F for 10-12 minutes

*Place the batter in the fridge for an hour or overnight.
*When you take the cookies out of oven let it cool for 5-10 minutes before transferring them to the rack.
