A homemade meal i cooked up today
Details:
106g grilled chicken breast
60g cooked basmati white rice
Sauce i cooked it in:
6g tomato paste
Some ketchup
Soy sauce
A little bit of stevia
Lemon juice
(Yes i know it sounds really odd but trust me its good)
Cucumber and carrot add up to around 17-20 kcal
1tsp sesame seeds which is around 17kcal
I used one spray of this spray oil which accounted for 4.5kcal
Ate it with some romaine lettuce on the side 😊
