How to :
-Split medium zucchinis into two and carve them out with a spoon
-Salt them on the inside so that they release some water
-Mix the filling of eggs and feta (I used 2 eggs and about 100g of feta)
-Add whatever you wish extra, I added green olives, sliced and capers.
-Drain the zucchinis from their juices
-Fill the zucchinis 1/3 of the way with the mixture
-I put a slice of salmon in the middle
-Top off with the rest of the filling
-Add some cheese ontop
-Bake for 20ish minutes at 200c
