It’s from a flea market. Mexican food. It’s a Gordita with fajita beef. Would it be safe to put it as 550 calories? They also put a bit of mozzarella cheese on both sides of the bread. I also added some green salsa but I’m not too worried about that. 550-600 calories in total for one of these?

550 might be on the high side but definitely a reasonable number. I would say around 450-550
