


Today was my first time smoking brisket. I bought 575 pro a month ago.
Went 180f for 3 hrs, then 4 hrs 225 last 4 hrs 250. Wrapped to aluminium foil when It hit 175. Continued to 203 internal.
Barked was not totally great, I hope it will be better next time, tips for better bark are welcome 🙂
