The multi cooker is an insta pot shown in the picture above.
I want to add veggies to my diet for a filling, low calorie meal but don't want to make my home any hotter than it is, so I'm not looking forward to stir fry or similar methods.
I want to add this meal daily with the most efficient possible method, minimum utensils and cleaning …
Should I simply blast them in the air fryer?
What are my options here?

Air fryer is great. Also, put them in there with some good broth and you’ve got yourself some quick fresh soup.
How you cook them will affect the final product. Are you cooking frozen veggies or fresh? Are they plain? I wouldn’t recommend air frying vegetables unless they are breaded, but it could work. Most options are going to add about the same amount of heat to your house, though I can’t speak to this specific appliance. Personally, I would use the steam option if you’re just cooking a side of raw/frozen vegetables.
Roast them veggies in the air fryer with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
Kinda’ depends on what veggies. If it’s a mix of veggies, some cook longer than others. Roasting cauliflower, brussel sprouts, mushrooms, great. Roasting broccoli, carrots, personally not a fan.
Steam pretty much works for the widest variety, but would be seasoned after cooking.
i’d steam them personally but air frying is also a good way to cook them if you want them crispier
Do you not have a microwave?
To ensure your not destroying the water soluble vitamins then Microwave has the great advantage
