    Hot sauce, though you’d need to add plenty of other ingredients. Chop it into food.

    pepper relish….

  6. Add some onion & tomato, maybe a little lime juice – it would make a nice bowl of pico de gallo.

    If those are Scotch Bonnets you can put them in a blender with some cooked baby carrots, onion, garlic, apple cider vinegar, salt and water and probably get 5 really nice, hot bottles. Maybe pick up a few habaneros in the produce aisle to kick up the heat.

    This is how I make most of my sauces and they keep for months.

    Chop them up and stick them in oil…chili oil and chopped chilies for other dishes.

    Chilli jam, a tomato based one! I use about that many chillies to a kg of tomatoes
