
Tried Bossam for the first time today and totally blown away by how delicious it was.
It was served with muchae, kimchi and a green leafy vegetable which reminded me of lemongrass and perilla and was served with its stalks intact.

Lousy pic, but it looks like Asian “chive”. I don’t see any leafage actually attached to those stalks (only underneath), but you can see at least one chive head/flower.
Was it minari?
