    Now that’s how you do grill marks. Get a nice browning all over and then hit it with the dark lines. 90% of the grill marks I see here is grey steak with burn marks.

  2. How does a sear kit compare to a cast iron grill/griddle for searing on a pellet grill? Is the sear kit any better/worse?
