    * breakfast for dinner with hash brown waffles, posh beans, fried eggs, chestnut mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, for hubby bacon and sausage
    * baked elote seasoned white fish tacos with sweetcorn avocado salsa and grilled corn tortillas
    * japanese veggie curry with shrimp tempura and jasmine rice
    * tuna and sweetcorn pasta bake
    * roasted sweet potato burrito bowls with chile lime black beans, avocado, peppers, tomatoes, cheddar, brown rice and greek yogurt
    * creamy butter bean orzo with spinach and cherry tomatoes

    May ask how you successfully made the hashbrown waffles? I tried earlier this week with a nonstick waffle iron, which just turned into a mess.

    Which are your preferred curry blocks? I love adding some grated apple and dark chocolate to mine, it really adds an interesting complexity.
