Cabbage with potatoes and soy sauce – 120 kcal

    fry the cut and washed cabbage in a very hot pan without oil, this one is hispi cabbage. Add the potatoes (cooked, halfed) and take up the sap with a bit of soy sauce; reduce to your prefered consistency. No oil needed if you’ve got a good pan. Don’t forget to salt the cabbage during frying.

    100g potatoes: 88kcal

    100g cabbage: 20kcal

    soy sauce: 10 +/-

  2. Great with pork. You can also try pan-frying the pork and adding cabbage and potato and water/stock and seasonings.
