    **BFast: Turkey & Egg white scramble**

    1. 97/3 ground turkey 4 oz with cajun, garlic seasoning

    2. Egg white, salt and pepper seasoning. added in some spinach

    3. frozen brocoli medley mix

    **Lunch: Tilapia and quinoa**

    1. Tilapia seasoned w cajun, lemon pepper, garlic, paprika, chili powder

    2. made the quinoa in a rice cooker

    3. pan fried broccoli

    **Dinner: Buffalo chicken pita pizza (I used Joseph’s Pita Bread)**

    1. I made the pizza sauce from scratch. I used 4 tomatoes, eye balled some tomato paste, oregano, basil, garlic powder, some olive oil. Added a little buffalo sauce. simmered for 45 min

    2. Low fat mozzarella

    3. I used thinly sliced chicken breast. Pan fried and drowned in buffalo sauce. Chopped up after cooling down, also added banana peppers

    4. 400F for 8-10 min. drizzled low fat ranch
