Indulge in this delicious Carnivore deviled eggs recipe! These easy, meat-based bites are perfect for anyone on the Carnivore diet. Made with creamy homemade bacon mayo, they bring a savory twist to a classic favorite. Whip them up quickly for a satisfying, protein-packed snack that’s 100% Carnivore-approved!
Here is the recipe:
6 hard boiled eggs, peeled
1/4 cup bacon or avocado mayo
1 tsp dijon mustard
3 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/8 tsp Redmond real salt
1/8 tsp smoked paprika
2 slices of bacon for garnish
1. Cut the hard boiled eggs length wise and carefully spoon the yolks into a small mixing bowl. Place the egg whites onto the deviled egg serving dish and lightly sprinkle with the pinch of Redmond salt.
2. Mix the egg yolks with the bacon mayo, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, and 1/8 tsp of salt until smooth.
3. Spoon the egg yolk mixture back into the 12 egg white halves, distributing evenly
4. Top each deviled egg half with some crispy bacon and enjoy!

Completely cook egg yolk as it may be healthier.
Bacon mayo, Mustard, paprika(pepper dried, apple cider vinegar (plant based) is not carnivore
this recipe is almost perfect but add one packet of Splenda…I promise, it works and no one ever has guessed the secret ingredient.
