This is a 12 ounce cup. I ordered a small cappuccino with an extra espresso shot.
Why (oh why) is it FILLED TO THE TOP??
Am I crazy or is this what a cappuccino actually is? This happens to me EVERY SINGLE DAY, EVERY SINGLE ORDER.
Even when I order a dry cappuccino, I get this exact pour. I happen to notice they leave milk under the steamer and do other things (they are so busy, I get it!) but then the milk just steams and steams… and does not foam up. The baristas are lovely people so I don’t like to complain but this drink is NOT cheap!
Help me understand.
