Prepare the chicken in the oven according to the instructions (50min @ 175 °C), fry the freshly cut and washed cabbage, salt and fry in dry heat for at least 10min, don’t let anything burn. Add about two teaspoons of soy sauce and two teaspoons of water, reduce until you’ve got the consistency right. Pictured is about half of the cabbage I got.
