260 calories for all of it!

  • Two sheets of rice paper cut into strips
  • Two button mushrooms
  • 1/4 a zucchini
  • 1 cup of frozen veggie mix (mine has peas, potatoes and green beans)
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 medium egg (throw it in the pot and stir once the veggies are done cooking because it gets cooked very quickly)

Idk how much water I added, but you can just use broth instead of the stock cube. You can also change the seasonings obviously as well as the types of veggies but that will affect the calories 🙂
