Got a lovely piece of brisket from the butcher and cooked it for six hours today. Fat was sweet and soft Ave the whole thing was really good. Enough left over for himself to take for lunch for the next couple of days. Going to put what's left of the cooking liquor into a freezer bag and use for onion gravy next week!
