Getting back into the calorie counting groove and today was a day I felt really good about!
🍫 Post workout snack: barbell protein bar – they’re the best tasting bars I’ve ever found with such good macros (around 200cals for 20g of protein)
🍴 Lunch: pork loin with bone broth and couscous with tomato salad (<700 calories, <90 grams of protein)
☕️ Snacks: black coffee with persimmon and an assortment of fiber cookies (450 calories for everything including after dinner snack around, 6 grams of protein)
🥩 Dinner: steak, eggs and spinach 350 calories and 47g of protein

I try to eat between 1500 and 1800 while focusing on protein (and fiber when I can) so today was a more indulgent day that still fit my goals.
