  1. This looks amazing and pretty. What is between the edamame and the broccoli in the second picture?

    **Bowl Ingredients:**

    Edamame

Cole slaw mix sauteed with both regular and dark soy sauce, fish sauce, aji mirin, garlic, and Maggi seasoning

Steamed broccoli (I usually like blanched better but it was quicker to throw it in the pressure cooker this time)

Lean ground beef seasoned with a random assortment of things in my cabinet

    Green onions

I’ll top this with a spicy yogurt sauce after heating it

    **Yogurt sauce**

    Blend:

    Fat-free Greek yogurt

    Spicy chili crisp

    Soy sauce

    Sweet chili sauce

    Garlic

Yum! I’d throw in some peanut butter, but it looks delicious as is! Bags of coleslaw mix are one of my hands-down favorite low-to-no-spoons hack to make any kind of eggroll/dumpling.

(For the LONGEST time I couldn’t figure out why my favorite spot’s eggrolls were different from basically any other I’ve had – turns out they’re [Chicago/Philadelphia style](https://www.chicagotribune.com/2018/03/08/why-do-egg-rolls-in-chicago-taste-like-peanut-butter-and-more-egg-roll-questions-answered/)! Beef and peanut butter instead of pork and the other usual things. 😋)
