Wanna clarify! This Mutti is DIFFERENT than what we always recommend. This was a premade marinara. We always buy Mutti passata and with that, you use it to make your own sauce. It’s like a base. The marinara we tried here was way too garlicky so we didn’t like it.
If you want over a MILLION views SHOW AMOUNT OF SUGAR IN E A C H JAR & THEN PICK YOUR FAVORITE INTELLIGENTLY 😊😊😊 or continue with IGNORANCE about FOOD, THE HUMAN BODY AND VERY BIG COMPANIES MAKING A PROFIT ON YOU GETTING SICK FOR LIFE 👍👍👍
Forget the sauces, where can I get me an Italiana man?! I LOVE his accent. Sorry, no disrespect. But that accent!
The HIll is the best red sauce on the market by far. You don't have it.
Ok now let’s ask Chinese..since they invented pasta
Bravo. Rao's is amazing because of how ubicitous it is, yet it is still a very good store sauce. You would think something so easy to obtain would not be that good. My problem with Rao's is that once in a while it has a hint of Chef Boyardee taste to it, like in the backgorund – yuck.
I can’t wait to try Carbone!
Awesome video, thank you!
I’m usually with RAO, but I recently found Bertolli- olive oil/ basil/garlic, in Organic. It’s very good. 👍🌹
Would heating the sauces change this test or his opinion?
You guys are too cute 🙂 After visiting Italy this summer and thoroughly enjoying the simple, light, natural flavors and food, I am going to go out and buy the Carbone to try it! I also watched some of your Italy videos before our trip and they were super helpful!
Italians in nyc call it gravy…
I discovered Rao a while ago and I can't ever go back to the sugary brands.
RAO’S hands down.
What? No Prego or Ragu?
I hope you shook up the container because of settling of spices.
We just discovered Carbone and we won’t buy anything else from now on. The flavor is so good, light but not watery, flavorful, and well balanced as you say.
Our Cousin Vinny’s is my favorite sauce. Monjuni’s sauce in Louisiana is also great.
Paesana Sicilian Gravy & Gia Russo Marinara for the win. The only store bought sauces that I've found that are on par with the legit Italian restaurants in NJ.
I tried rao after all the internet hype. Yuck, it was awful. I did get if from target, so maybe it was old but no.
Alessio is too funny 😂😅.
I use Michael’s of Brooklyn fresh tomato & basil because it has exactly what I put into mine
Victoria all the way!
We have Gugliamo here. Sold at Wegmans and on line. Pretty good.
What about Mezzetta??
20 years ago Victoria made and developed Raos
Vincents.
Did he do anything to cleanse his palate between sauces? Otherwise, every sauce after the first one is likely to be compromised by the one(s) that precede it.
Mid's is the best.
I luv Victoria's next to my moms 💛💫💚
In America we are at a disadvantage because our taste buds have been bombarded with added sugar and flavor enhancers for decades. Unless we make our own from scratch, there is no way to ensure "simple" flavors.
Our palates are accustomed to extra oomph in flavors.
I use the Mutti passattp pomodoro and the #1 and #2.
There is one brand up here in NY, "Arthur Avenue The Bronx", which I use to make little pizzas for the kids.
I love Mutti but never buy sauce…
I'll try cabone but to me it's to expensive but also I have to look at the salt. I'm disappointed that they didn't have prego or ragu cause they are the most common ones…raos I had once and I didn't like it it was way to spicy.
Victoria is my go-to jar sauce, but in the time it took you to taste all of those, you could have made a good homemade Marinara.
I wish they had tried Vincent’s, out of Long Island. Voted the best sauce there. It is so delicious but you can only get it at Stop n Shop and Uncle Giuseppe’s.
No Classico or Bertolli?
Thank you!!! I just tried Carbone, and it was delicious!!! ❤
They are all garbage, ppl need to stop being so dam lazy and make a proper sauce. It’s not hard just takes a little effort , no self respecting Italian would eat this stuff
‘Gravy’ is very Chicago
🎉 You left out my favorite PREGO PASTA SAUCE WITH ITALIAN SAUSAGE PIECES
que verdadera tonteria
Whatever is cheap and the kids will eat=The Best.
I've never seen any of these brands.
I wonder if this guy knows that tomatoes are not native to Italy, but they are native to North America.
Walmarts Great Value is the best
Costco carries both Rao's and Victoria, both are very good and CHEAP at Costco. Usually two jars for 10 bucks.
