2 cups basil
20g walnuts
55g grated grana padano

For both sandwiches:
4 slices PSMF bread
5 halved cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup romaine lettuce
125g grilled chicken breast
Over 60g protein! So stuffed!

Not 0oz water, meant 6 oops!
How hard is the bread to make?? And is it expensive to make??
I use walnuts in my pesto too – along with white miso and some garlic
