4 cups arugula
2 cups basil
20g walnuts
55g grated grana padano
0oz water

Maria Emmerich’s PSMF bread (14 cals for 10g, 4 slices weighed 90g)

For both sandwiches:
4 slices PSMF bread
5 halved cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup romaine lettuce
125g grilled chicken breast

Over 60g protein! So stuffed!
