Presentation is a little off but this is 2 slices of WW toast (45 cals each), 2 eggs (143 cals), 0.8 cup of cottage cheese (78 cals) and kimchi (20 cals!). Cottage cheese mixed with scrambled eggs is soo good and high protein :).

    Cottage cheese mixed w eggs is such a great idea! I need to up my protein- will definitely be trying this 🙂
