





Gretings to my fellow burger lovers!
A new one from my kitchen.
The bun was homemade. Pictures 3 and 4. It was made using italian wheat manitoba 0, whole wheat and rye flour. With water, powdered milk, sugar, salt, baker's yeast and sunflower oil. Hydration of 70%. Brushed with an egg and a drizzle of milk. Sprinkled with poppy seeds.
I stacked it high. Like two cheeseburgers on top of each other.
Bottom bun. Chopped pickles with mayonnaise, a nice pan grilled minced beef patty, smoked melting cheese, fresh tomato slices, thin red onion slices, lettuce. Repeated once more. Top bun.
Was challenging to eat, but was also super delicious to eat. A lot of flavors and textures going on. The bun was top notch too.
