Made way too many sourdough loafs. Now just living off grilled cheeses for the foreseeable future.

FYI bread will freeze great, just put it in a gallon ziplock or wrap it up good (after it cools completely after baking) and just take it out and thaw for a couple hours when you need it.

Fair warning:
You will get pretty fat.
It will be delicious the entire time tho.
Probably worth it.

That seems to be the opposite of a problem. Also, give them to friends maybe? I’d happily take one, but that isn’t very realistic. Your bread looks really good. Be proud of yourself!

I love crusty sourdough bread for grilled cheese.

Well, I can alleviate the monotony of your diet! Grilled Pimento Cheese instead!
(Pimento cheese is a specialty of the American South; it’s a wonderful spread, and absolutely decadent grilled.)
8oz sharp cheddar, shredded. (You should shred yourself; pre-shredded messes up the texture) 2 Tbsp mayo 2 shakes Worcestershire sauce 2 shakes Tabasco 1/4t ground Cayenne Pepper 4oz jar diced pimentos, drained. (If not available in your area, use 1/2c jarred roasted red peppers, diced) These items will be either in the pickle aisle or the canned vegetable aisle. If neither is available, maybe roast or steam a red bell pepper until very soft… you want it to be the consistency of the pimento in the middle of a stuffed olive. 1 tsp ground black pepper 2 dashes salt
Combine, and let sit for a few hours for the flavor to combine. Many people prefer it a little “wetter”, just add more mayo to your preference, though this will make it runnier when grilled.

Well, that’s a nice issue!

Kimchi. Cook it on the pan a little first to dry it out.
