Incredibly daring of you to charter the unknown sees of modern rampless cuisine. I applaud you, sir.

I love the bowl of olives with a single carrot shred

  3. I have seen far to many prolapsed salami on this page recently and I’m quite scared to be honest 🤣🤣 y’all have mad charcuterie skills though, about 700$ worth of I had to guess

I hope there are also pickles, relishes and chutnies provided?

  5. I hope you’re not in North America, because that’s way too many roundabouts, they’ll have no idea how to eat that.

I hope you also avoided their $700 dollar allergy

Dehydrated orange wheels is a slap in the face. Absolutely leave those off

Why are the olives bright green? I’ve seen a couple posts like that.

Next time I knock one out 😏 I’ll do my best to remember this. Thanks chef.

If your client is allergic to ramps, you can always substitute stairs.

Ramps aren’t in season, but would make a nice, garlicy addition to a board.

I don’t even have any ties to working in a kitchen but I’m deep in ramp lore now.

Carb count too high! Needs a goat cheese Stargate.

The amount of comments here missing the joke is my favorite part. Nice board, but needs some quartered radishes

Lucky for you ramps aren’t even in season.

As someone who uses wild [ramps](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allium_tricoccum) every season, not knowing the context of this post at first was very confusing after reading some of the comments especially since they’re not in season. I’m glad there are plenty of people in this sub that know about this awesome garlic/onion variant though.
