This is for home use. Freezing most of it. Salmon, unlike other fish, freezes very well for future use. All you need to make sure to do is vacuum pack or airtight ziploc bag it. This is fresh, just arrived from Scotland yesterday, and received today, so I’m hauling booty (and making some gross cuts along the way because I rushed and got lazy) to filet and get these frozen asap. This also happens to be a very popular brand for salmon that will be used for sushi/sashimi/etc.

Pacific King/Chinook salmon from Scotland? How does that work?
I’ve never heard of farming anything other than Atlantic salmon.
Edit: seems [chinook salmon farms do exist](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aquaculture_of_salmonids#Chinook_salmon). TIL.

Salmon on top of rice is really good
