If you want to give it a try you will need:
1 medium daikon radish, chopped
1 medium onion, sliced
2 boiled chicken breasts, shredded
2 boiled eggs, sliced
Fresh dill, chopped (to taste)
A few tablespoons of Greek yogurt (for dressing)
Salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Heat a bit of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add sliced onion and sauté until golden brown. This step is key to creating the salad’s unique flavor, so don’t skip it! If you prefer a smoother texture, blend the fried onion with the Greek yogurt to create a flavorful dressing.
While the onion cooks, slice the daikon radish, shred the boiled chicken breasts, and finely chop the fresh dill.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped radish, fried onion (or onion yogurt dressing), shredded chicken, and fresh dill. Add the Greek yogurt and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss everything together until well-coated.
