Excuse the presentation of ramen 2 and 3. I forgot to take a photo of 2 until part way through eating, and as it was just me eating I didn't make them photo worthy.
Started eating more ramen as soon I will be on a soup diet before surgery so may as well start now.

First ever ramen – miso and soy broth, soba noodles, mixed spice shredded crispy duck leg, pak choi, eggs, kimchi, homemade crispy ginger, shallots and spring onion. Coriander, and chili oil to garnish

No 2 – homemade chicken broth, miso, soba noodles, duck breast, shitake mushrooms, pak choi, spring onions, tenderstem broccoli, spring onions

No 3 – Aubergine, shitake, creamy miso and coconut broth, lemongrass, soba, pak choi, edemame, sesame, and prawn gyoza.

All broth made with a touch of ginger, garlic, soy, mirin and fish sauce to taste with white and black sesame seeds and toasted oil. I really love miso and pak choi which is why I've used it in all 3!

I am sure it was delicious but soup with soba is not ramen by definition. Try to get some ramen noodles next time or make them if you are up for a challenge. Soba and ramen taste completely different
