  1. These are great but mostly contain dairy products. Dairy makes my abdomen bloat 🙁

  2. I'm new to all this and just changed from eating throughout the day a little at a time to full meals with a lot of protein and yesterday I went 5 and a half hours before I was hungry again. Crazy.

  3. Thank you for this awesome list! Putting it on the inside of my cabinet door for easy reference. So glad I've found you over the last several months. You offer just what I've been needing. 63 years old and thrilled for this wonderful information.

  4. Calcao powder is underrated. Calcao powder, coconut milk and protein powder for an easy delicious drink. Pork rinds are also a great snack.

  5. These are great! If your mom likes savory cottage cheese, I'd highly recommend mixing dried chives into a tub when you bring it home. They flavor the whole tub and it is SO GOOD!

  6. I always love your suggestions but options for those that can’t have protein powder would be great. For the chia pudding and smoothies. I know there’s a lot of us that can’t have it for health reasons.

  7. I love an apple with a dip of greek yogurt with some creamy natural peanut butter. I also love celery or carrots with a dip of whipped cottage cheese with buffalo sauce.

  8. All these look delicious, but I have to say that the ONE thing that nutritionist from the Cancer Treatment Centers of America told my husband, who is a pancreatic cancer survivor, to avoid was processed meat ie: salami and beef jerky would be a Big NO!

  9. Thank you so much for sharing these high protein food ideas as I am trying to eat at least 100g a day but I find it difficult but your a huge help. I love you channel keep them coming and congratulations on your second precious blessing 🙂
